Spencer and his staff always inform me of what is about to happen and how it might feel. I'm never spoken down to, I always feel respected, and this extends to his office staff, as well. The front office is always kind and understanding, respectful of my time. It's one of the most organized and efficient businesses I've ever visited. As someone who has had roughly two dozen basal cell carcinomas removed, one squamous cell and one melanoma removed, I can highly recommend Spencer Hamner and his highly qualified staff.
